 If you are searching for a book that is not listed on the site, just send us a note or request by email: TheBookstress@gmail.com  we can check our inventory to see if we can locate/find the book your searching for.

We upload hundreds of  books daily…

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. Rest assured that all transactions are securely processed to protect your sensitive information.

We process orders Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. (Excluding weekends and holidays).

You should receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

(Example, if you order on Friday after 5pm then your order will not be processed until Monday morning)

During check out you also have the shipping options-Estimated dates and cost based on your shipping address and USA shipping option you select: (based on one items being shipped) each additional items will be charged additional fee  to ship

  1. Standing shipping –typically takes 3-5 business days          $4.95
  2. Express shipping-typically takes up to 2-3 business days    $8.99
  3. Expedited Shipping-typically takes up to 1-2 business days  $15.99 

To place an order on Thebookstress, simply browse our collection of books and click on the desired title. On the product page, you will find an "Add to Cart" button. Click on it to add the book to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting your books, proceed to the checkout process to enter your shipping and payment details.

Once we begin processing your order, (within 24 hours of your placed order) it is no longer able to be cancelled. To receive a refund prior to your order being shipped out, see contact form page to submit email to cancel your order. Because we are a New & used bookstore we do not accept returns or allow refunds once your order has been shipped out of warehouse.

Please be sure to review your Shipping and Order details to confirm if any books are being shipped separately. Please contact us details so that we can ship out correct book titles.

During your checkout and payment process is where you will include in the address section exactly where you would like your books shipped.

Because we are a new & used bookseller. Our inventory is SOLD AS-IS.

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries around the world. During the checkout process, you will be able to select your country and see the available shipping options and costs.

 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time will be provided based on your shipping address.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for customers who wish to receive their books faster. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select an expedited shipping method if available for your location.
